The Andrea Sneiderman perjury trial officially begins Monday with opening statements.

On Thursday, the prosecution and defense narrowed the jury pool from 42 to 12 final jurors and three alternates. The original jury pool started with 283 potential jurors.

The final jury consists of nine women and six men- 13 of whom are African-American, two are white and one is Hispanic.
