Sneiderman Trial Begins Monday

Jury trial selection begins Monday in the Andrea Sneiderman trial.

Jury selection begins Monday for the trial of Andrea Sneiderman, the Dunwoody widow accused of conspiring with her former boss to kill her husband outside a Dunwoody daycare in 2010.

Three different murder charges against Sneiderman were formally dropped on Friday, but Sneiderman still faces 13 lesser charges, including four counts of perjury, seven counts of making false statements and a count of hindering the apprehension of a criminal and concealment of material fact.

Sneiderman had denied any involvement in the murder of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, or any romantic involvement with her former boss, Hemy Neuman. Neuman is now serving a life sentence for shooting and killing Rusty Sneiderman.

Neuman declined to testify in the upcoming trial and Sneiderman's attorneys requested that none of his testimony used in his trial be admitted in Sneiderman's if Neuman exercised his Fifth Amendment rights.
