Anyone who has completed a 5K

Anyone who just wants fitness accountability
This is a Virtual Event so the honor system applies. We do encourage all registrants to submit their times via email for accountability. This information will be keep online at www.irunagainstdiabetes.com so you can keep track of your time.
You will have a weekend (4 days) to complete your 10K. We give you a 4 day window so that you can find the time to get your miles in. We encourage participants to run/walk/jog their miles within a 24hour span but you can use the whole 4 days if they like.
Run/walk/jog with a friend, alone, on a treadmill, or outdoors - Just Keep Moving. Bibs, Finisher Medals and participation certificates will be mailed to your home.

Cost: $25 USA - international registrations will not be accepted for this event Registration
