Neuman is facing murder charges related to the Nov. 18, 2010 killing of Russell 'Rusty' Sneiderman, 36. Sneiderman was gunned down outside of Dunwoody Prep, a preschool, shortly after he dropped off his 2-year-old son.

Thursday, as attorneys discussed a motion filed by the defense to supress any discussion of delusional issues, as the defense would not be claiming they played a part in the shooting.

Attorneys discussed what psychologists hired by the defense found in their examination of Neuman.

Neuman allegedly believed he was the actual father of the Sneiderman children and thought he had to protect them from Mr. Sneiderman.

Neuman also allegedly had apparitions of angels and demons, attorneys said.

Assistant District Attorney Don Geary said that the reports include talks of demons that look like Barry White and Olivia Newton John.

Geary agreed to the motion, which was ordered by Judge Gregory Adams.

The make up of the jury is 12 women and four men. Seven of the jurors are African American women. The range in age, based on appearance, is from 25-60.

Jurors spent Monday and Tuesday being being brought into the court and being questioned by attorneys on both sides about how they filled out the jury questionnaire.

Tuesday afternoon, after hearing from nearly 80 potential jurors, Judge Gregory Adams ended the questioning, as the court had identified 45 qualified jurors, enough to move forward.

Thursday morning, that group returned to court and, after a few of the qualified jurors were removed because of hardships, attorneys on both sides passed a list of jurors back and forth, striking jurors that were left in the qualified pool.

Jurors were sent home with stern instructions from Adams not to discuss or seek out any information about the case.

Opening statements in the case will start Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.
