Andrea Sneiderman's Aug. 21 bail hearing may experience a glitch, according to the AJC. DeKalb DA Robert James reportedly froze her more than $2 million in assets, a day after she was accused of helping to kill her husband, according to the report. Hemy Neuman was convicted of killing Russell Sneiderman, Andrea Sneiderman's husband. Sneiderman reaped $2 million in life insurance policies from her husband death. The couple also had more than $950,000 in marital assets. Sniderman also owns a home worth nearly $890,000 in Dunwoody, according to county property records. It is unclear if that asset is frozen. James said he would seek life without parole for the widow who is suspected in being involved with killing her husband.

Andrea Sneiderman returned to witness stand Wednesday morning and continued to insist that she and the man who killed her husband never had an affair. Sneiderman, the widow of Russell 'Rusty' Sneiderman, spent several hours on Tuesday and Wednesday detailing her relationship with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, who has admitted to killing Rusty Sneiderman. Testimony and emails showed that Neuman, who was Andrea Sneiderman's supervisor at GE, had romantic feelings for her and proposed marriage to her at least once. She testified that they never did more than hold hands. She also said she never heard him talk or act in a way that made her think he had delusions or was mentally ill. The prosecution called witnesses that cast doubt on her claim …
