New filings in the separation case of suspect Hemy Neuman allege that he had an affair with the victim's wife, attended the victim's funeral and tried to get a hold of a key piece of evidence in the case shortly after the shooting
It supposedly started with a resume. New documents filed in the separation case of Hemy Zvi Neuman, the man accused of murdering Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman in November, allege that Neuman and Sneiderman’s wife had an affair–beginning shortly after Neuman’s wife gave him Andrea Sneiderman’s resume. The documents, which Dunwoody Patch obtained Thursday, say the affair began after Neuman helped Andrea Sneiderman get a job at General Electric, where he was her direct supervisor. The filings allege that: Dunwoody lawyer Esther Panitch, who is representing Neuman’s estranged wife, Ariella Neuman, in a marital separation case, filed the documents in Fulton County Superior Court on Thursday. Among the documents Panitch filed in the separation case…

Earlier this month, Hemy Neuman pleaded 'not guilty' to charges stemming from murder of Russell ‘Rusty’ Sneiderman, the man Neuman is accused of shooting outside of a Dunwoody day care. In that same hearing, Neuman’s attorney asked for an extension on the normal 10 days that are normally given to file pre-trial motions. Douglas Peters asked that the court grant a longer period in which the file the motions, as there are more than 6,200 pages of discovery or evidence to read through. Judge Gregory Adams granted the extension, giving the defense 30 days to make their pre-trial motions. Adams made clear at the April 4 hearing that he does not like letting cases drag on in court. Pre-trial motions are used to suppress statements, request for …

48-year-old is arraigned in DeKalb County Superior Court, his attorneys ask for extension for pre-trial response to the state's evidence, case against Neuman
Hemy Neuman pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of murder and possession of firearm in the commission of a felony. Neuman, 48, of East Cobb, is accused shooting Russell ‘Rusty’ Sneiderman 36, on Nov. 18 outside of Dunwoody Prep, a daycare in Dunwoody Village. Sneiderman had just dropped off one of his children at the school when he was shot multiple times at close range by his assailant. Neuman was arraigned in DeKalb County Superior Court Monday morning in front of Judge Gregory Adams. His attorney, Douglas Peters, pleaded not guilty to the charges on Neuman’s behalf. The estranged wife of Hemy Neuman, the suspect in the Dunwoody Prep Murder, isn’t going to get a peek at the evidence in the criminal case, according to court order filed this week – at least not yet. Ariella Neuman and her attorney, Esther Panitch, filed court papers earlier this month asking that the DeKalb County Attorney share information from the criminal case about the relationship between Rusty Sneiderman's widow and Hemy Neuman. Ariella Neuman is seeking a separation from Hemy Neuman. Panitch, a Dunwoody-based attorney, also asked for the opportunity to take sworn statements from both the suspect and Andrea Sneiderman, the wife of the victim. This week, a DeKalb County Judge denied the request on a technicality, as the subpoenas …

A new court filing gives a glimpse into how the Dunwoody Police Department and other agencies built their case against Hemy Neuman, the man accused of killing Rusty Sneiderman last November. An index of the state's evidence shows how police connected the dots between Neuman and the silver Kia Sedona van seen fleeing the scene of the murder. Evidence also includes a sales document for a Bersa .40 handgun, bought in April 2010, and a sign-in sheet from a Woodstock shooting range with Neuman’s name on it, dated Nov. 1, 17 days before the shooting. The index of the state’s evidence includes nearly 200 items cataloged across more than 3,200 pages and 49 electronic records. The index is included in the state's motion for discovery, whereby the …

If she wasn't having an affair, it doesn't seem she would have NEEDED to keep telling Neuman she would NEVER leave her husband. She has certainly painted herself as a stone cold b****!! Neuman it seems, would HAVE to be CRAZY to be involved with her. I guess it must be true according to the book with the same name, 'Why Men Love Bitches'. My heart goes out to Rusty Sneiderman's family with the …   more ›
