Andrea Sneiderman Will Go To Trial in DeKalb County

Deadline passes for lawyers to file a "change of venue" motion.

The deadline for Andrea Sneiderman's lawyers to seek a change of venue in the case has passed without lawyers filing a pre-trial motion, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. The deadline means that Sneiderman's attorneys won't seek a change of venue under normal circumstances, but could still do so if they face difficulty assembling a jury who hasn't heard of the highly publicized trial.
