A 7-year-old fired the primer of a 40-caliber bullet and was taken to the hospital, police say.
Dunwoody Police are reporting an injury to a 7-year-old who shot the primer from a bullet in his BB gun Monday afternoon and was hurt. The youth was not named. The child was taken to Scottish Rite hospital and was treated for injuries that were not life threatening according to Dunwoody Police. The Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene and is investigating the incident, according to Dunwoody Police.
