Nature Center Holds Holiday Camps

Want your kids sitting around the house after Christmas, or enjoying the natural wonders at Dunwoody Nature Center?

The Dunwoody Nature Center doesn’t really slow down. This fall, they have restored Wildcat Creek at their home in Dunwoody Park. Then they cranked up “Friday Night Hikes,” a family-friendly chance to explore the park at night during fall evenings. Now, the center is opening registeration for campers to visit during Thanksgiving and winter break to let them explore the natural world. All in Dunwoody’s backyard. Here's the deal: Thanksgiving camp: November 19 and 20. Regular camp hours are 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.. Bonus: early drop off and late pick-ups are available for working parents.
