Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle will present the Keynote luncheon address at the 2013 Greater Perimeter Business Expo on May 2, at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The luncheon will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Ravinia Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza. During the luncheon, Mr. Cagle will share his insights as a successful Georgia entrepreneur and champion for small business. Mark Symons, of Dunwoody-based Elekta, will speak at Dunwoody Perimeter Coffee Connection, Tuesday.
New technology in cancer treatment by Dunwoody-based Elekta, a clinical solutions company that develops ways to treat cancer and brain disorders, will be discussed during the Dunwoody Perimeter Coffee Connection, Tuesday. The event is held 7:30-9 a.m., at The Capital Grille restaurant. Admission is $20 for Dunwoody Chamber members; $30 for non-members. Elekta relocated 150 employees and its U.S. headquarters to a state-of-art facility in Dunwoody, and plans to hire 80 new employees over the next five years, according the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce.
