Scrimmages for both the boys' and girls' team will give fans an early look at the team headed into the regular season.
It’s getting to be late fall and that means sneakers squeaking on the hardwood. Coach Adam Griffin, the Wildcats boys' coach, recently retweeted he loved that sound. Well, the sharp cuts on the court are coming soon. For the Dunwoody Wildcats, both the boys’ and girls’ teams will scrimmage this Saturday at their home gym. Both teams play the highly rated St. Francis, a school in Alpharetta. The girls begin at 5:30 p.m. and the boys at 7 p.m. Coaches and players are looking for a full house to get the team off to a good start to the season. Admission is $5, according to school officials.
