Prosecutors are advancing a theory that Andrea Sneiderman might have talked her boss into killing her husband so she could be with a third man, according to wsbtv.com. During a court hearing Friday, Chief Assistant Prosecutor Don Geary told Judge Gregory Adams that his office is investigating Sneiderman's relationship with Joseph Dell. Prosecutors had evidence that Sneiderman and Dell started a relationship after the man left his wife who was late in her pregnancy, according to the report. Hemy Neuman was convicted of shooting and killing Sneiderman's husband, Rusty Sniederman, after a 2010 incident. Discovery suggests that the evidence in the case against Andrea Sneiderman could be similar to Hemy Neuman trial.
Prosecutors in the Andrea Sneiderman case have filed discovery evidence this week that suggests the evidence against her is similar to Hemy Neuman, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Neuman was convicted in March of killing Russell Sniederman in 2010 at Dunwoody Prep, a Dunwoody day care, when Sneiderman was dropping off his child. Thousands of pages of evidence were shared with the defense team this week, much of which was presented in the trial against Neuman, according to the report. Update: The new time for the bond hearing is 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20. Andrea Sneiderman, accused of being involved in killing her husband, was released with several restrictions on a $500,000 bond in August. She was limited to her parents' home, she must wear an ankle bracelet and she had to surrender her passport. On Friday, the court gave notice that Sneiderman will attempt to change those restrictions so that she can attend religiious services. Sneiderman was released Thursday morning after posting a $500,000 bond.
Andrea Sneiderman posted bond Thursday morning and has been released from DeKalb County jail. Channel 2 Action News is reporting that Sneiderman posted the $500,000 bond that Judge Gregory Adams had ordered during Sneiderman's bond hearing on Tuesday. Sneiderman also was ordered to surrender her passport and her children's passports, as well as wear an electronic ankle bracelet. She was also instructed to live with her parents until her trial. Sneiderman, accused of helping murder her husband, successfully delayed a deposition in a dispute with her in-laws over access to their two grandchildren.
Andrea Sneiderman will not be deposed until after an Aug. 21 bond hearing in a civil dispute with her in laws over her two children, according to the Alanta-Journal Consitution. Lawyers for Sneiderman successfully argued that she was too focused on criminal charges made against last week to be deposed in the civil suit. A judge will decide whether Andrea Sneiderman will be deposed in jail over a visitation dispute with her in-laws, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Sneiderman's attorneys are asking a Fulton County Superior Court Judge to allow a continuance on the deposition. Meanwhile, Esther Panitch, the attorney for Sneiderman's in-laws, brought up the possibility that Sneiderman may not be released from jail aftr her bond hearing August 21 and therefore should proceed with the deposition. DeKalb County property records show that Andrea Sneiderman still owns the Dunwoody house where she used to live with her husband and two children. Andrea Sneiderman was taken into custody from a house on the shore of Lake Oconee last week near where her parents live. She's accused of being involved in the murder of her husband, Russell Sneiderman, when she lived in the home near the Dunwoody Library. A July property tax assessment notice lists Sneiderman as the owner of the nearly 4,600-square-foot home situated on a quiet, residential street. Andrea Sneiderman will have a bond hearing on Aug. 21 that could get her out of DeKalb County jail as she awaits arraignment and other court proceedings, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. The bond could include a provision that she not try to influence witnesses, according to the report.
