Georgia Supreme Court Justice David Nahmias will administer the oath of office.
Newly elected City Council member Jim Riticher will be sworn, Thursday, along with re-elected Council members Doug Thompson and Denis Shortal during a special called meeting.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m., in City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East.
