Community Update

Please do your homework before moving there. Don't get starstruck by the enormous space and great location. Those are the only pros. The buildings are old and in desperate need of renovation. Ants and roaches are commonplace. The lack of insulation required extra of heat in the winter and extra AC in the summer. The floors are in such poor shape that I had to put cardboard under my furniture to keep it from wobbling or falling. Property is not children or handicap friendly. No sidewalks and children have to play in the streets. The playground is unsafe and very nasty. So is the laundry room and the pathetic gym. The garbage dumpster is always overflowing. The list is endless. I strongly advise that you check with tenants who are moving out to find out why they are moving. This way you will get the unadulterated truth. I'm so glad to be out of that hell hole. Good luck.
