Dunwoody Resident Kim Shumway Promoted to Executive Vice President Utility Services for Allconnect

Dunwoody resident Kim Shumway has been promoted to EVP Utility Services with Allconnect, an Atlanta-based national leader in connecting moving utility customers with essential home services.

Atlanta, GA, May 22, 2013 —Atlanta-based Allconnect, Inc., the national leader in connecting moving utility customers with essential home services, has promoted Kim Shumway to EVP Utility Services. In her new position, she oversees sales, marketing, and client services for utility accounts that represent more than 50 million US households.   

Shumway joined Allconnect in 2006 as Director of Business Development and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2009. During her tenure, she led the operations and sales teams and was part of the leadership team responsible for the company’s rapid growth.

Prior to Allconnect, Shumway led operations for two start-up telecommunications providers and also spent seven years at MCI where she developed solutions and sales programs for entrance into the competitive local service and SMB markets. Shumway attended Virginia Commonwealth University, is a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network and serves as a community volunteer for several non-profits.
