Refuse To Be A Victim(R) crime-prevention seminar

Experts agree that the single most important step toward ensuring your personal safety is making the decision to refuse to be a victim. That means that you must have an overall personal safety strategy in place before you need it.  One of the most effective ways to do so historically has been to attend a Refuse To Be A Victim(R) seminar. Please join Dunwoody resident Matt Podowitz for a nationally-recognized Refuse To Be A Victim(R) crime-prevention seminar covering:

  • Home Security
  • Technology Security
  • Automobile Security
  • Personal Safety
  • Personal Protection Devices (non-lethal)
  • Self-Defense Classes

Seminar participants are presented with a variety of common‑sense crime prevention and personal safety strategies and devices they may integrate into their daily lives. Tens of thousands of men and women have benefited from the program’s life-saving message and members of the law enforcement community and state governments nationwide have endorsed the program. The goal of these workshops is to enable participants to develop a personal safety plan and minimize their chances of becoming a crime victim. It is not a hands-on self-defense class. Content regarding personal protection devices and self-defense classes is limited to discussing options and how to go about evaluating them.

Please note this is a non-firearms course. Sandy Springs Gun Club is co-sponsoring the course and providing the venue.
