Georgia Botanical Society Field Trip: Rare Plants of Georgia, with Emphasis on Floyd County

This GA Botanical Society Field Trip will feature a Slide Show: Rare Plants of Georgia with an emphasis on Floyd County. The slide show will present many of the endangered, threatened, rare and unusual plants found in Georgia with a special emphasis on the myriad of rare plants found in Floyd County, Ga. 

All Georgia Botanical Society field trips are open to those interested in Georgia’s native plants. Simply show up at the meeting site to join the trip.

Newcomers are encouraged to ask questions and to not be intimidated. The group accommodates all levels of interest enthusiastically.
