Fire Dogs for Fire Safety Month
Geared for children ages 3-7 years old, DeKalb County Fire and Rescue Department will teach about fire safety using a specially trained dalmatian. Topics will include how to crawl low under smoke, how to crawl through and to a door, how to dial 911 and how to stop, drop, and roll.
Children will be encouraged to verbally and physically participate in order to enhance their abilities to recall and retain this information.
