Dunwoody Police a Presence at Peachtree Middle School
Speed check patrols at the middle school Monday brought praise from one rtesident to the department.
Incidents of kids horsing around roads as they walk to and from Peachtree Middle School has drawn attention from Dunwoody police.
Officers were checking for speeders Monday along N. Peachtree Road - the main arterial leading to the school - and noted a support sign for their efforts.
Last week, it was reported PCMS students were possibly pushing one another into the road around North Peachtree Road.

Another incident in May involved a motorist who complained that teeenagers - possible students at PCMS - were playing "chicken" with passing cars on Peachford Road, casuing her to slam on her brakes.
