Dunwoody High School to raise money

Robotics team holding fundraiser for travel to Anaheim, Calif.

The Dunwoody community can come out to support the Dunwoody High School robotics team Tuesday. Β 

The team is raising money to travel to Anaheim, California for the Vex Robotics World Championships.

The event will be held at the Chick-Fil-A at the Chamblee Plaza from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

People coming out to support the team will be able to eat and see some robotic examples of how the local team was able to make it to the world championships.

The event will help raise money for the team. Ten percent of the proceeds will go toward the expenses for the Dunwoody team to travel to California.
