DHS's Chris Hale Commits to Florida International for Football, Baseball

The Wildcat football and baseball star is recruited as Tight End for Golden Panthers

Dunwoody High School's Chris Hale has committed to play football and baseball at Florida International University.

The 6'5" 250-pound Hale, who had to sit out his senior season of football with a foot injury, will be playing both sports at FIU. He played on the defense line and tight end in high school and was recruited as a tight end as FIU.

Hale plays first and third base for the Wildcat baseball team.

According to Rivals.com, Hale had also been weighing offers from at Syracuse, University of Alabama Birmingham, Central Florida and Virginia.
