DeKalb County Suspends All Marching Band Activities after Investigation

Following Florida band hazing deaths, all schools in the county, including Dunwoody High School, are part of the ban

DeKalb County Schools has suspended marching band activities among schools in the county system.

The suspension is being done while the school system investigations "possible inappropriate activities" in school programs, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Recently, a student at Florida A & M University, a graduate of Southwest DeKalb High School died in a hazing incident and two others were injured, both who'd gone to DeKalb County Public Schools.
