What Do You Think of Dunwoody's New Signs?

The signs were proposed at a council meeting earlier this week, and they extend the Dunwoody branding effort that was met with mixed reviews in fall 2010.

Dunwoody's new signs were unveiled this week to the City Council and the reception was ... lukewarm at best.

The wayfinding signs - which would grace the city's entrances, parks and other key locations - extend the city's branding effort that received mixed reviews when it was launched in 2010.

As you can see in the photos, the lime green and blue colors and trademark asterisk with the accompanying Dunwoody logo are displayed on many of the signs.

The branding matches the city's website, letterhead and marketing materials that also includes versions of the branding for the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors' Bureau.

City officials say they are gathering comments and will review whether to go forward with the signs in the next two to three months.

Now, we want to know what you think. Are you ready to see these signs around Dunwoody as is? Or would you like to see some changes before that happens.
