Traffic Alert: Vermack Road Work Will Mean Lane Closures

The City of Dunwoody is replacing damaged and deteriorating storm water structures on Vermack Road near its intersection with Womack Road. Expect limited lane closures.

The City of Dunwoody is replacing damaged and deteriorating storm water structures on Vermack Road near its intersection with Womack Road.Β This project will increase the capacity of the lines, replace damaged infrastructure, and help alleviate flooding effecting the roadway and local homeowners.Β 

The project is expected to take four weeks and the city anticipates completion of the project before Aug. 11.

Both lanes of traffic will be maintained on Vermack Road to the best extent possible. There may be limited times the road will be decreased to one lane of travel. Any closures will be limited.Β
