Rick Santorum to campaign in Brookhaven

Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum will hold his rally at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport at 11 a.m. Thursday.

The event, to be held at Atlantic Aviation, is free and open to the public.

The airport stop follows one scheduled for Dalton, as Santorum makes a push in Georgia.

Georgia's primary election is part of Super Tuesday and is the key to the state's 76 delegates. Newt Gingrich has been campaigning in the state in the days before the primary as well.

Mitt Romney and Santorum are considered the front runners in the race, but both are a long ways from the number of delegates needed to secure the nomination.
