From a news release:

The City of Dunwoody earned a 2014 Tyler Public Sector Excellence award from Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the city’s outstanding process and transaction automation services.

Dunwoody Municipal Court was presented with the 2014 Tyler Public Sector Excellence Award for its use of Tyler Technologies’ Incode local government software for the court’s automating processes. The Dunwoody Municipal Court was able to create customer service efficiencies and increase overall work output by 27 percent without adding additional resources.

The national service recognition demonstrates the City of Dunwoody’s commitment to promoting quality customer service and efficient practices throughout its municipal court environment to help reduce wait times, increase staff productivity and realize savings, the city said in a news release.

“By earning a Tyler Public Sector Excellence Award, Dunwoody Municipal Court serves as a national model for quality customer service and proficiency,” said Michael G. Davis, City of Dunwoody mayor. “This prominent recognition underlines the city’s dedication to promoting a friendlier and more resourceful local government experience for citizens and community members.”

Award submissions were evaluated by a panel of Tyler leadership and all entries were judged on business value, maturity, innovation and relevance to other public sector organizations.

“Tyler’s Public Sector Excellence Awards program is our chance to publicly recognize clients, like Dunwoody Municipal Court, who improve service and create value for taxpayers,” said Brett Cate, president of Tyler’s Local Government Division. “We welcome the opportunity for our clients to share real-world successes with their peers at our yearly user conference.  Congratulations to Dunwoody Municipal Court and all of our Excellence Award winners.”
