Other than the people, what is the best part of Dunwoody:

Our Quality of Life

What are the two biggest issues facing Dunwoody:

Preserving and Enhancing our Quality of Life. That statement contains a host of issues that face the city and those of us who live in Dunwoody. It involves parks, transportation, taxes, paving of streets, economic development and density issues. While the parks bond is a current issue of significance, one of the biggest longer term issues facing Dunwoody is traffic and development density. A subset of that is economic development. The Atlanta area has lost a tremendous number of jobs in the past few years and Dunwoody is no exception. Our offices and businesses need to again be filled but our traffic issues need to be dealt with in order to attract new companies to the area. We must engage in smart growth planning to keep from developing beyond our infrastructure's ability to handle growth.

What is something people may not know about you?

In younger life I was a bit of a “jock” and heavily involved in sports activities and also a bit of a musician.
