Improvements at Spruill, Dunwoody Nature Center on City Council Agenda

City Council members will also consider a land development waiver request for a 90-bed assisted/independent living facility.

A land development waiver request for an assisted/indpendent living facility on Womack Road near Tilly Mill is on the Dunwoody City Council agenda Monday.Β 

Dunwoody staff previously required improvements to the frontage of the property, however the facility, Breman Commons is requesting the requirements be waived.

Other items on the agenda include providing funding for improvements at the Dunwoody Nature Center, Spruill Arts Center and Dunwoody Senior Baseball totaling more than $174,000.

The City Council meeting starts with a work session at 6 p.m, followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m, at City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East.
