Dunwoody City Council Preview

Works session starts at 6 p.m., followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m., Monday.

During work session, Monday evening, City Council members will discuss a Computer Aided Dispatch project for a more efficient transfer of calls through 911 call centers.

Both Dekalb and Chatcomm are working on server upgrades.

In the regular meeting, Dunwoody City Council will vote on approval of a construction contract for parkland in the Project Renaissance redevelopment in the Georgetown area. The city contracted Kimley-Horn to design the parkland, which includes 12 acres of parkland and multi-use paths.

Georgia Development Partners were the low bidders among proposals received this month. Their bid was 1,698,678.Β

Other agenda items include an ordinance to authorize the lease of a Fire Station to Dekalb County, as well as an ordinance to authorize transfer of a water tower property to DeKalb County.
