Dunwoody City Council Preview

Works session starts at 6 p.m., followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m., Monday.

During work session, Monday evening, City Council members will discuss a Computer Aided Dispatch project for a more efficient transfer of calls through 911 call centers.

Both Dekalb and Chatcomm are working on server upgrades.

In the regular meeting, Dunwoody City Council will vote on approval of a construction contract for parkland in the Project Renaissance redevelopment in the Georgetown area. The city contracted Kimley-Horn to design the parkland, which includes 12 acres of parkland and multi-use paths.

Georgia Development Partners were the low bidders among proposals received this month. Their bid was 1,698,678.

Other agenda items include an ordinance to authorize the lease of a Fire Station to Dekalb County, as well as an ordinance to authorize transfer of a water tower property to DeKalb County.

Then why is the city council attended by more than when the Atlanta City Council meets? What world do you hail from? Why can't you just return there?

About to take a shower and get ready to attend the meeting. This one looks kind of boring though. Maybe Hirsch will throw up, uh, I mean show up and go into another catatonic rant to give us all a good laugh and what happens when your mind degenerates...

Can't wait to see your angry arms akimbo on the interwebs tonight. Have fun.

Just heard from a neighbor that jimmie was kicked out of the City Council meeting last night! Denny was running the the meeting and and came out of his chair to go after him. He then asked Chief Grogan to throw him out. Gotta go back to the video and see that.

Nope, I watched the boring meeting in silence. Your sources, as usual, do not have the truth in them. But thanks for thinking of me.
