Last weekend, the westbound right lane of I-285 at the Ashford Dunwoody Road Bridge was closed for a short time Saturday morning.

The brief lane closure was required to secure the bolt pattern of the existing structures holding up directional signs on the I-285 and Ashford Dunwoody Road Interchange Bridge, according to E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc., which was awarded the $4.6 million construction by the Georgia Department of Transportation to reconfigure the interchange into the innovative DDI design.
