Woman Stabbed in Dunwoody early Friday

Her husband is a suspect in the incident. The reason for the altercation isn't known.

Dunwoody Police are searching for a man who they believe stabbed his wife in the chest early Friday morning, according to CBS Atlanta.

Sgt. William Furman said that officers found a women suffering from a stab wound assumed to be caused by a knife around 1 a.m. The incident occurred on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, police said.

The husband, Rudei Palma, 30, fled the scene, according to police, and is still being pursued by police. The victim was taken to Atlanta Medical Center. Her injuries are not though to threaten her life, police say.
