Warning: Slow Down Around School Zones

Dunwoody Police have little tolerance for speeders. A motorist was stopped for driving 13 miles over the posted 35 m.p.h. speed limit on Wednesday.

You've been warned - but apparently one fellow didn't get the message.

Dunwoody Police have been cracking down on speeders around its school zones.

Well, a Decatur man was a passenger in a car Wednesday that was going 13 miles over the speed limit posted around Chesnut Elementary School, police say.

He also had less than an ounce of marijuana, a misdemeanor offense.

Dunwoody Police are asking people to "like" their Facebook Page so these types of warnings get through. Oh yeah, like Dunwoody Patch's too - it's got some of the same valuable information - daily and throughout the day.
