Update: Man a Suspect in the Theft of $65,000 Worth of Computer Equipment from Dunwoody Business

Police named John Jacob Parker as a suspect in the theft of $65,000 from Convergent Resources, a local company on Perimeter Center Parkway.

Police have identified the person and the business associated with the theft of more than $65,000 in computer equipment.

The suspect is John Jacob Parker, 39, who was charged with suspicion of theft by conversion of the computer equipment.

Police obtained an arrest warrant and accuse Parker of stealing the computer equipment from his employer and selling it on Craig's List, a popular want-ad website.

The equipment was owned by Convergent Resources, located on the 200 block of Perimeter Center Parkway.
