Suspect Identified in Dunwoody Petland Puppy Theft

Dunwoody Police Department looking for 25-year-old who allegedly stole Maltese

 

Dunwoody Police are searching for a 25-year-old man who they believe stole a Maltese dog valued at $1,800 from Petland in Dunwoody.

According to the department, police believe Romyo Mays Cassadine, 25 is .

The suspect walked into Petland and asked an employee if he could hold the white Maltese puppy while he waited for his boyfriend, police said.

When the associate became distracted, he ran from the store with the dog and jumped into a black compact car driven by someone else.

Cassadine is described as a black male with several tattoos, including a tattoo that says 'Romyo' across his abdomen, a cross tattoo on his upper right shoulder, a tattoo that says 'Chris' on his upper chest and theater mask tattoos on his shoulder.
