β€œThe Defendant chose to remain voluntarily," DA says. Neuman had iphone, ipad and was free to move about.

DA says Neuman went with officers to police station on his own accord, had freedom whether to talk or leave.

Defense says Neuman said he wasn't waiving his rights, the DPD detective 'cajoled' him into signing the waiver form.

Defense says PD did not give neuman miranda rights in first hour of interview - no new evidence gained after that first hour.

Final arguments about search warrants/evidence are complete, now onto Neuman's initial interview with Dunwoody PD and his Miranda rights.
