Fourth suspect arrested in murder from drug deal in Sandy Springs

Last week, Sandy Springs Police detectives arrested three persons in connection with the murder of a man in the Residences at Morgan Falls Apartments.

Sandy Springs Police have arrested 23-year old Victor Scott, of the 1100 block of Morgan Falls Road, in connection with the April 14 shooting that killed Patrick Placide.

Detectives contacted Scott and arrangements were made for him to surrender to them on Monday, police announced. He is in the Fulton County Jail charged with felony murder.

Last week, Placide and 28-year old Willy Jeanlouis were shot in the complex parking lot about 11:30 p.m. that Saturday night. Police described it as a drug deal gone bad.
