Update: Dunwoody Police Collar Burglars

A watchful neighbor gave Dunwoody PD a heads up Monday of a burglary in the Wyntercreek subdivision.

Dunwoody officers have had there hands full with burglary calls lately. One was foiled earlier this week by an alarm at Lakeside Drive.

Another recent incident turned out to be a false burglary report after a painter entered a residence through a window along Mt. Vernon in the Warnock Cottage area and was mistaken for a prowler. He had forgotten his key.

Midday Tuesday, officers responded to the real deal. Officers headed to an area reported as having suspicious people in the Wyntercreek subdivision on 5000 block of Meadowcreek Drive, police reported.
