Dunwoody Police Chief Billy Grogan is in South Korea as part of the 2013 Special Olympics World Winter Games.

Grogan was chosen to represent Georgia law enforcement officials in the Final Leg Law Enforcement Torch Run.

He has been posting updates on a special Facebook page over the last several days, most recently with the entry, "We had our flame reunification ceremony. Great crowd in attendance. We couldn't take any photos because it was a very ceremonial event. We then practiced the lighting of the torch for the opening ceremony. We did not get to bed until 1am. We had about 5 hours sleep.....Very nice resort on the beach with snow on the ground! View from our balcony."
