Dunwoody Police Looking for Forgery Suspect

Jonathan Tyler Brown is suspected of depositing a fraudulent check into his bank account and then withdrawing the funds.


Dunwoody Police are looking for a man suspected of third-degree forgery.

According to the department, Jonathan Tyler Brown, most recently of Lilburn, deposited a fraudulent check into his checking account. He then allegedly withdrew the funds from his bank.

Police said Brown knew the check was fraudulent and the money would not be honored by the bank.

CrimeStoppersAtlanta is offering up to a $2,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest.

Brown is described as a 26-year-old male, with brown hair and blue eyes, 6 feet tall and 145 pounds.
