Dunwoody Police looking for Felon

Carlos Ramon Rodriguez, 27, is being sought after shooting a firearm in the Gables Metropolitan Apartments in March.

Dunwoody Police are looking for a convicted felon wanted on a host of charges that started with shooting a firearm in an apartment at the Gable Metropolitan Apartments.

Carlos Ramon Rodriguez, 27, is believed by police to be connected to the incident that occurred March 29 on the 300 block of Perimeter Center North, according to Dunwoody Police. A search warrant was conducted at an apartment there, say police.

Methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located and police suspect the drugs are associated with distribution.

Rodriguez is currently wanted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.Β 

Rodriguez has been convicted of aggravated assault, a felony, in DeKalb County.
