Dunwoody PD Arrests Woman on Suspected Forgery Charges

Woman attempted to use a driver's license to pull money from an account that wasn't hers.

Dunwoody Police arrested a 23-year-old woman Thursday for trying to pull money from a bank account she didn't have access to, according to police.

The woman was arrested for forgery after she tried to use what is suspected to be a fake driver's license and a withdrawal slip at the Chase Bank on the 5500 block of Chamblee Dunwoody Road.

According to police, she attempted to withdraw $1,500 from an actual account that was associated with the license that was not hers, police said.
