D.A. James, Last week there was a meeting held at Dunwoody city hall possibly organized by members of the state legislature and this meeting was possibly led by members of Dunwoody city government and private contractors who possibly do business with Dunwoody and the stated purpose of this meeting was a training seminar for selected individuals invovled with the formation of the city of Brookhaven. It was stated that the meeting was educational and thus not subject to the Ga. Open Meetings Act. D.A. James do you concur that the meeting was not subject to Ga. Open Meetings Act?
