Dunwoody Home Burglarized

A burglary Tuesday left a Dunwoody home without a flat screen TV and a surround sound system.

A 35-year-old woman had her residence burglarized on Peachford Circle.

The woman discovered the burglary around 9 p.m. Tuesday, according to police. She was last at the residence around 1 p.m. that day.

When she returned, she realized that a 42-inch flat screen TV, a cable box, a surround sound system and a DVD player had been taken from the home.

The estimated value of the missing items was around $720. It's not clear how the burglars got into the home, but they did force their way in, according to a report of the incident.
