Dunwoody Daycare Shooting: Settlement Reached in Neuman Separation Case

Attorney for Ariela Neuman confirms settlement has been reached

The separation case between Hemy Neuman – the man accussed of shooting a Dunwoody father outside of a local daycare – and his estranged wife Ariella Neuman has been settled, his wife's attorney Esther Panitch said.

Panitch said the settlement gives Mrs. Neuman access to all Mr. Neuman's assetts, including his retirement funds, investments and their East Cobb home. However, that home is headed to a foreclosure sale this summer, as payments dropped off after Mr. Neuman's arrest.

The settlement also gives Mrs. Neuman full custody of their minor child (the couple has three children).
