Crews Extinguish Small Fire on MJCC Property

There's no word yet on the cause of the fire.

Firefighters fought a small structure blaze on Marcus Jewish Community Center's property this past Saturday (June 8).

As of late Sunday evening, there was no cause mentioned in posts about the incident on Dunwoody police department's and MJCC's Facebook pages.

The police post on Saturday included a photo of the smoke and flames and saidΒ  the officers and DeKalb fire responded to the blaze "located on the property of the JCC located off of Womack Rd."

On MJCC's Facebook page, this post was also put up Saturday:

Thank you to the Fire Department for assisting us with a small fire on our property today. We are happy to report that everyone is safe and the all clear has been issued!
