Arrest Made in DeKalb Homicide
A man has been charged with murder in the shooting death of a 27-year-old DeKalb County man.
DeKalb Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for a fatal shooting early Thursday morning.
The suspect, Joseph Arnold, 24, who lives in the 3500 block of Misty Valley Road, has been charged with murder, reports WAGA TV.
According to police, a caller reported hearing shots in the 3500 block of Misty Valley Road.

Officers arrived on the scene to found a dead man inside a car in a ditch.
DeKalb police Capt. Stephen Fore told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that detectives “believe the victim got into a verbal altercation with another party.”

The argument escalated and the victim was shot, Fore said. He identified the victim as 27-year-old Gerard Osborne.
