Sneiderman Still Owns Dunwoody House

The house was put on the market in 2011, but was not sold, according to county property records.

DeKalb County property records show that Andrea Sneiderman still owns the Dunwoody house where she used to live with her husband and two children.

Andrea Sneiderman was taken into custody from a house on the shore of Lake Oconee last week near where her parents live.

She's accused of , Russell Sneiderman, when she lived in the home near the Dunwoody Library.

A July property tax assessment notice lists Sneiderman as the owner of the nearly 4,600-square-foot home situated on a quiet, residential street.

The home was assessed at nearly $890,000 for this tax year, according to DeKalb's records. The home was last sold in 2007, records show.

Sneiderman is being held in the DeKalb County Jail on eight charges
, including malice murder of Russell Sneiderman and perjury in the trial of Hemy Neuman, who was found guilty but mentally ill of killing Russell Sneiderman at Dunwoody Prep, a city day care.

Neuman was Andrea Sneiderman's boss at GE Energy in Marietta.

A Dunwoody Patch story in April, 2011 . Online records show that the 5-bedroom house built in 2006 has since been advertised for rental in the last six months.

In the DeKalb County District Attorney's indictment, Sneiderman is accused of conspiring with Neuman to kill her husband so that they could reap $960,000 in marital assets and $2 million in life insurance proceeds that Andrea Sneiderman received after her husband's death.

Andrea Sneiderman is before Judge Gregory Adams, who presided in the Neuman case.
