Andrea Sneiderman to be Arraigned for Third Time Tuesday

Sneiderman is still facing malice murder and felony murder charges in connection with the death of her late husband.

Andrea Sneiderman is set to be arraigned for a third time Tuesday, now that a judge has thrown out four non-murder charges against her. Sneiderman is accused of arranging for the death of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, who was gunned down outside their children's Dunwoody daycare in 2010.

Sneiderman's former boss, Hemy Neuman, was charged with Rusty Sneiderman's death. He was found guilty but mentally ill by a jury in 2012.

Sneiderman is still facing malice murder and felony murder charges in connection with the death of her late husband, along with charges for allegedly giving false statements to law enforcement officials.
