Andrea Sneiderman's Assets to Remain Frozen for Now

Judge ordered that Sneiderman's assets remain frozen until it is settled in Fulton County. She will appear in court again Thursday to attempt to loosen bond restrictions so that she can attend religious services.

Andrea Sneiderman's  assets will remain frozen after a suit was filed in Fulton County where she banked, according to myfoxatlanta.com.

The lawsuit was originally filed in DeKalb and was dismissed. At issue is $2 million in insurance money Sneiderman received after the death if her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.

Rusty Sneiderman was killed in fall 2010 after dropping his son off at Dunwoody Prep, a daycare center in the city.

The state had learned that Sneiderman had deposited the money with a vice president of Bank of New York Mellon in Fulton County. A Fulton County judge found probable cause to sign a freeze order on Wednesday.

Sneiderman was indicted in the death of her husband by a DeKalb County grand jury on August 2, after a March comnviction of her former boss, Hemy Neuman, determined he shot and killed Rusty Sneiderman.

Andrea Seniderman denied she had an affair with Neuman, despite evidence she did.

Andrea Sneiderman will be back in court Thursday when she attempts to loosen her bond restrictions so she can attend religious services.

Was she found guilty too.

She give Andreas a bad name. She's not found guilty by law, but the public has turned in their verdict of her. Even if she is found not guilty, there will an out cry, an appalling shock from the public like it was in the Kacie Anderson case. She is marked for life. And I think the money should go to the kids and their paternal grandparents, because she did commit adultery ;she had an affair.

Can the insurance company seize the money, if she's convicted?

Andrea needs that money so she can change her name, looks and leave the country.

Drum Andrea needs to spend the rest of her life in jail thinking about how she betrayed everyone who trusted and resspected her, and ruined the life of the Sneidermans, the Neumans, and most of all her kids!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope they throw that ugly bitch in jail and throw away the key never to hear about her ever. What baffles me is how she got those men involved. LOOK at what she looks like, disgusting!!! I feel so bad for Rusty's family and her children (I heard she is the worst mother, spends no time with them) I hope Steve and Lisa get custody and raise them in a stable home with love. When do you think the trial will begin?

She wasted no time calling the insurance company. She was paid 2 million dollars 3 weeks later!! Who does that?!?!?! A murderer does that. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY!!! She's an Evil woman. Remember her on the stand? I have never have seen that. Each time she answered the questions from the Prosecutor she would look at her friends and family and smirk. Needed the barf bucket when she testified. I was able to watch the trial in full when I lived in Marietta, the local TV covered without interuptions online. I recently moved but I am planning on watching from the TV station online.
