57-year-old Sandy Springs Man Arrested for Shoplifting

The man walkd out of the Barnes and Noble with soaps police say he could have paid for.

Reports of shoplifting in Dunwoody's Perimeter shopping district have picked up as the holiday shopping season has gotten underway.

On Saturday, police arrested a man who is suspected of stealing soaps that he could have paid for.

The incident occurred at the Barnes and Noble bookstore. The 57-year-old Sandy Springs man was caught by store security who suspected he was trying to conceal stolen soaps as he walked out of the store.
